Maintenance

• Bolt check all connections throughout the switchboard to the required torque setting and paint to give a visual indication that the connections have been checked
• Testing as detailed under our Testing & Commissioning documents
• Check Incoming & Outgoing devices for correct operation and continuity
• Inspection of ARC shoots with the Air Circuit Breaker
• Prove the Trip unit within the ACB functions correctly
• Check that the changeover system whether Electrical, Mechanical or both functions correctly
• Check the Metering is set up correctly, and functions correctly
• Replace / Fit Danger labels and Phase labels where required
• Clean Switchboard inside and out
• Thermo graphic surveying
• Harmonic Analysis and Mains Monitoring
• We have all the necessary portable equipment for on site maintenance and servicing of devices
